One of my
New Years Resolutions for 2010 is to become reacquainted with my sad, lonely sewing machine. The poor thing was brought out of hiding to work on Rachel's Quidditch robe for her Halloween costume with Stephanie. Anna asked a simple question about the machine and Stephanie casually asked whether or not Anna had ever seen me use the sewing machine to which Anna answered no. She has just turned 10. This reality hit me like a ton of bricks. Of course, a lot went to the wayside when Anna and Rachel were born 18 months apart ~ quite a few things did actually and then I just got out of the habit of doing some of the hobbies that I once enjoyed. So hello sewing machine, remember me?

There is a sewing night I"m going to start going to on the 4th Friday of every month. Come with me!
