Yesterday Tyler invited me to play against him. I'm sure he was thinking I'd be an easy mark. When I beat him in the frisbee dog game, he said "beginner's luck." When I then beat him in sword play, he started to look a little uneasy. When I was in the lead in archery ~ the game he said he "owns," he was looking slightly disgruntled. In the end, Tyler did manage to pull out a victory in the last round which restored the smile to his face. Regardless of the outcome, it was great one on one time with my son.
