I was just watching

Martha Stewart which I almost never do since it makes me feel so inadequate, but it just happened to be on the channel my TV was on when I finished watching a show on my DVR. She featured a chef from NYC and they were making their own pasta from scratch. It look delicious and fairly easy to make! This was the fabulous machine that the chef used. I thought it would be pretty pricey, but when I googled it, I was surprised to see it under $200 as I was expecting it to be more. I might not get a machine like this, but I think I might enjoy making my own pasta.

Have any of you ever tried your hand at pasta making?

  1. There is nothing that tops homemade pasta...I have wanted to venture there..but have not done it yet!

  2. I make my own all the time. I have a hand crank pasta roller that has different attachments. You really don't need an electric one. It's not hard to to and tastes great.
