I have been sleeping

SO much better since beginning this six week fitness challenge.


I'm not going to bed any earlier, but I haven't woken up at all throughout the night like I normally would. Two thumbs up from me on this fitness challenge! I may lose a point here or there, but it's so nice to have a check/balance system in place!
