on my 40th birthday made for a FUN day! Do I look a little scared?
Rachel had a "Sing Across America" concert where the Lee 3rd graders sang American folksongs like Oh Susanna and Camptown Races. It was very cute. Here is Rachel announcing the next number. She was so excited for her concert!
Jay gets ready to learn the "Heel, Toe" dance with Rachel. It was a cute Daddy/Daughter moment! And they both danced really well!
All in all, it was a great birthday!! I was pleased to discover that I didn't feel any different than I had the day before. I got to have a fun breakfast with my RS presidency and lunch with Jay. All day long, I marvelled at the kindness of friends and family as I received phone calls, texts, balloons, presents and cards. It made me feel fabulous! Thanks to everyone for that! Here's to another great year!!
