Rachel came home from school with a high fever and cough. After taking care of her all weekend, I was rewarded with the same illness. After taking care of me, Jay receieved the same payment. My fingers are crossed that since Tyler and Anna haven't been taking care of anyone, the chain will be broken. Since I've had so much time at home, I have occupied myself with watching movies, reading several books, sleeping and looking through old pictures on shutterfly.com. This brings me to the picture below.
On New Years Eve 2005, we were lucky enough to be in Rome. As we were wandering the streets that evening, a nice gentleman gave the girls each a rose. I thought to myself how kind of a gesture that was. As I was thinking this, the man went around to Jay and held out his hand for payment for said roses. As you can see, the girls were thrilled to receive such a gift and the man knew he had Jay over a barrel. What a sneaky florist!!
I hope you all have a great weekend! And keep your eyes peeled for kind looking gentlemen with "free" flowers!
