The girls and I also went to the drive-in to see Despicable Me where I would've taken pictures, but forgot my camera. On Thursday, we went to the Oregon Zoo with the Chancellors and had a great time!

On Saturday, we spent the entire day at the Turner pool for summer swim team finals. It started out cloudy and chilly, but warmed up into a nice day. It was fun to spend the day with friends and cheer on the kids.
Rachel hung on and won her heat in backstroke. She actually took 6th overall which she was pleased about. 
Anna's team won the medley relay.
All in all, it was one fun and busy week. I didn't realize how tired out I was until last night when I couldn't keep my eyes open and then slept in until almost 10 am today. I'm an early riser, so staying in bed until that time is highly unusual, but felt so good today! Looking forward to an equally busy week coming up......guess I better get in an afternoon nap!

You weren't kidding on Monday when you said you had a busy week coming up. Try to get a little more rest today so that you totally kick that cold and don't relapse!

I am hoping that the three of you, Laura, Steph, and you ...could come out in December and help me throw myself a birthday party...exactly the same! =)
