When I watched the holiday shows, I remember hearing that music on television that accompanied by the word "SPECIAL" announcing that something cool and exciting was coming next. And the word "SPECIAL" would rotate around the screen, building up the anticipation for whatever Christmas show was to follow.Thank goodness for technological advances! Things are more readily available, but still the old shows hold their same magic. We now own most of our favorites, and don't have to wait for the broadcast, but we still get excited to watch them. We have several holiday favorites that we randomly watch throughout the month building up the same anticipation ~ Rudolph, Frosty, Christmas Story, Christmas Vacation, Year without a Santa Claus, Home Alone, The Grinch.....and more.
What are your favorites?
A year without a Santa!!! Charlie Brown Christmas, all the claymation shows. They bring back so many memories. Ps my family including the eldest are right now all in together watching the Year without a Santa Clause and singing along to Heatmizer!!!
