It was a busy weekend......

We started the weekend out on July 3rd with a trip to the Chehalis Reservation for some amazing fireworks.....

The girls (and me) were excited to stop at "Forks" high school in Kalama, WA.

On the 4th, we woke up and decorated our yard.....

The ward breakfast and bike parade was a lot of fun!! Jay cooks a mean pancake....

Anna won a bunch of gum at Wunderland....

Fun was had during the day with Ivory soap sculptures rigged with firecrackers, popits and colored smoke bombs.....

Finally it's time to light the stash......

Rachel woke up on her birthday, July 5th, to Chrissa standing in her room with a card in her hands that contained a certificate for Rachel to get her ears pierced the next day.....

Yum......

Time for presents.....

Rachel was very excited to get baptized on her 8th birthday! It was so nice to spend her special day with family and friends!

A trip to the Oregon Zoo on Monday July 6th....the cooler temps were MUCH appreciated!

The weekend culminated with the long awaited ear piercing.....
