Hogwarts....Hogwarts

Hoggy.....warty....Hogwarts! Rachel SO wishes to get a letter on her 11th birthday! Since that probably won't happen, taking her to the midnight show of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, part 1 (and 2 in June) is the next best thing. She was one of the best costumed people (props to Stephanie) in line and many teens and 20 somethings admired her wand......which does in fact have a dragon heartstring core, but isn't really magic.....

Here, she practices her best "curse-casting" face.
Ally Chancellor loves HP as well and it was fun to see their excitement!
All ready and excited for the movie!!
Rachel took a pre-movie power nap for about 30 minutes, but don't worry, she woke up for the movie and clapped with visible glee and pure excitement!
What a FUN night we had! And I learned that we pronounce "accio" incorrectly. Now that we know the correct pronunciation, maybe we will see if Rachel's wand really works.......
